Terms of Service

References:

  • I do not take screenshots from video games as reference images, with the exception of reference sheet commissions.

  • I do not take descriptions as references, with the exception of custom designs.

  • If your reference is shaded, I will charge a fee of 15% of the original price, with the exception of reference sheet commissions.

  • The more detailed a reference is, the more accurate my drawing will be. Low resolution images may result in slight discoloration.

  • I will charge a fee of 25% of the total price for designs that I deem complex (keep in mind that my definition of complex is usually pretty lenient, so this won't apply to most characters).

Payment:

  • I only take USD. If you are using paypal, it will automatically convert currencies- just make sure you are sending the right amount. All prices on this website are listed in USD.

  • I only take payment after a sketch is completed and approved. In the case of custom designs, payment is taken after a draft is approved. You will not recieve the finished product until you have paid for it.

  • I am not obligated to complete work that is unpaid for. If shown multiple sketches, I am allowed to use other sketches for other pieces.

  • I will only give refunds for work that I have not yet completed. This means that you will only receive a partial refund if I have completed lineart, coloring, etc.

  • Chargebacks following completion of the piece return rights to said piece to me, and you will not have permission to upload that piece elsewhere.

  • Chargebacks following completion of a custom design return rights to the design to me. These will be resold.

  • If you file a wrongful chargeback, I will blacklist you.

  • Additional characters will cost at minimum 50% of the original price. For smaller pieces (beans, icons, headshots, etc), each additional character will cost 100% of the original price.

  • I am fairly lenient about tweaking pieces, but if I feel you are giving me the runaround regarding changes to sketches, you will be charged extra. Asking for major changes to something that has been approved or is otherwise completed may result in additional fees.

Please Do:

  • Be specific. Show me images similar to what you would like (especially for backgrounds and custom designs).

  • Feel free to ask for updates! I try to keep my wait times short, but I am also a full time student (and I work two other jobs), so wait times fluctuate!

  • Ask about things not mentioned on my website! If I've drawn something you like, and you don't see it here, feel free to send me a message!

  • Ask about pricing if you're not sure what you owe!

  • Feel free to upload your finished commissioned work on other websites (with credit)!

  • Ask to see specific parts of my progress (ie; shading, lineart, etc.).

Please Don't:

  • Remove my signature from the piece.

  • Ask me to imitate another artist's style.

  • Upload the piece somewhere without linking back here or to my account on that site.

  • Upload the commissioned artwork and claim that you made it.

  • Use completed work for commercial purposes, unless discussed prior (ie; logos for businesses, t-shirt designs, etc), as special terms may apply. Regarding my lineart and bases, you are free to use them for adopts, references, YCHs, etc. but not logos, t-shirts, stickers, etc.

  • Give me a time frame of less than one week to finish a commission.

Miscellaneous:

  • You are paying for stylized artwork. This commission will be my interpretation of your character, in my art style.

  • You may ask for complete changes to a sketch. I will make a maximum of 5 sketches.

  • I may do as I please with unapproved rough drafts.

  • Note that shading and lighting may cause a character's colors to change, depending on the intensity of said lighting.

  • I may or may not post commissions, depending on the type. However, I am allowed to post your commission if I would like, or use it to promote my work.

  • There are some people who I will not make art for, nor will I draw designs made by them or by people associated with them. You may ask me if you feel like you need to know who and why, and I will tell you if you've asked me to draw something for or by one of these people.

Custom Designs

Full Customs: 90usd

Fully custom, detailed lineart.

Simplified Customs: 60usd

Fully custom, slightly less detailed lineart.

Partial Customs: 50usd

Partially custom lined, designed on one of my bases (your choice).

Artwork

Large Illustrations: 175usd

Base price is for a single character, fully lined and shaded, with a detailed background. My large canvas size is 3000x5000 pixels, though the canvas may be expanded or cropped throughout the process.

Small Illustrations: 125usd

Base price is for a single character, fully lined and shaded, with a detailed background. My large canvas size is 1750x3000 pixels, though the canvas may be expanded or cropped throughout the process.

Large Flat Fullbodies: 85usd

Base price is for a single character, fully lined. Will be transparent by default, but I can add a single color background upon request. Canvas size is around 3000x5000 to start with, but may be cropped, added to, or rotated.

Small Flat Fullbodies: 60usd

Detailed References: 170usd

Base price is for two large flat fullbodies, one basic headshot (will come with shaded and flat versions), and marble background. Commissioner will recieve all parts separately, as well as a version without the background. Canvas size is around 3000x5000 to start with, but may be cropped, added to, or rotated.

Shaded headshots: 45usd

Neck-up shot, lined and shaded. You may ask for flats in addition to the shaded version (for use as a mouth reference).

Large Pixel Dolls: 50usd

Base price is for flat colors, static. A shaded and animated pixel will cost 70usd (flat animated or shaded static will fall in between this range at 60). Gradient-heavy designs are subject to a 10 dollar fee (because I hand-paint gradients for pixels). Canvas size is roughly 600x1000 (but may be flipped, cropped, or added to).

Small Pixel Dolls: 30usd

Base price is for flat colors, static. A shaded and animated pixel will cost 40usd (flat animated or shaded static will fall in between this range at 35). Gradient-heavy designs are subject to a 5 dollar fee (because I hand-paint gradients for pixels). Anthro designs will also be 5 dollars extra. Canvas size is roughly 200x200 (but may be flipped, cropped, or added to).

Icons: 15usd

A bust shot made on a 300x300 canvas. Includes a background of your choice. Generally features a character facing right, as that is that side that most comments online are displayed on (on English speaking sites, anyways).

Beans: 15usd

Blacklist

If you are being sent this page, this list will be relevant to you. I do not want my blacklist to be public, and I also do not want this to be considered a source for people, because most of my sources are second-hand.

As mentioned in my TOS, there are certain designers that I will not draw designs by, nor will I draw designs that they own. This list is subject to change, and individuals on this list are free to come talk to me if they feel as though some of the information or the reasoning behind my refusal is incorrect (because I will admit that I am out of the loop on things like this given that I don't particularly care for drama).
